Refund policy
30 DAY NO-MATTER-WHAT GUARANTEE
We at JouJou believe in our products so much that we are willing to stand behind our words all the way. We firmly believe that you should have enough time to try the product out, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, we want to hear about it.
This is our promise:
If you wish to return a product ordered from us, you can send it back anytime within 30 days, and we will refund you in full. And that promise applies even if the product has been used.
You can also decide if you want a refund or if you would like to exchange the product for another one.
How to Initiate a Refund:
Send us an email at info@joujoubotanicals.com with your name, contact number, invoice number, and the name of the product(s) you wish to return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: JouJou vl. Nikolina Firm, Špoljarci 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
For returns or exchanges, we accept new or slightly used products (used up to around 20%).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The guarantee applies only to orders made directly from the joujoubotanicals.com webshop, not from a third-party reseller (third party webshop or physical shop).
Returning packages need to be postmarked within a 30-day window of receiving the order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@joujoubotanicals.com.
